Hi, I'm Seonaid Lee
I believe that genuine flourishing helps people make their greatest contributions in the world.
I also believe that we are in the midst of a multi-faceted crisis of unprecedented magnitude... and that the future is on the line.
Part of my work in facing this is to help caring leaders to recognize that...
Your liberation and the world’s are entangled.
You don't make your greatest contributions by working harder, faster, or even smarter.
You make them by showing up as your most knowledgeable and centred self -- nourished, rested, and grounded in a community of collaboration and mutual support.
I want to help you develop the skills you need to live joyfully in alignment with your values.
If you're ready for the challenge, I'd love to have you join me.

Life these days can feel like a juggling act - and it's one of the ones where people keep throwing random things at you from the side, and you're just expected to catch them and keep on going.
Spacious is a program that is designed to help you gracefully dodge the incoming objects rather than juggle. You learn to only catch the things you choose to, and send back the ones that are not yours.
So easy to say. So hard to practice.

“There is a never-ending flow, and we can tap into it. The universe wants you to be rich. Abundance is your birth right.”
If, however, what you imagined as Abundance feels a lot more like Overwhelm… Please Keep Reading!
“I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve (or save) the world and a desire to enjoy (or savor) the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.” ― E.B. White
It's hard to change the world when we are trapped in structures of anxiety and fear. My foundational materials are designed to help support you in finding a way to bring savouring and saving into alignment.
Because we care for what we love. Including ourselves.
Sounds so easy, right? But it turns out that it can be challenging to hold a seated position for the duration of your meditation.
In this short workshop, I help you find that "comfortable seated position" (on either a cushion or a chair) and then give you tools to gather your mind into the same space.
Say what you want... And Mean It.
What if you could ask for what you want directly, with confidence, and without the anxiety that comes with the fear of rejection?
Speaking of Desire helps you clarify what you really are after, and gives you the tools to ask with more courage.
